With Far Point, our goal at AXON is to give customers professional remote support over secure communication links world wide. Customers can request services and support through Far Point, and AXON will connect to the customer’s installation. Once connected, our engineers will be able to provide online analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of the system.
Three steps of support:
First line support
By calling our support number + 47 47 64 55 55, Far Point customers get in contact with our Far Point Support Center and receive online phone support.
Second line support
Far Point Support Center connects to customer’s installation to perform online analysis and maintenance in order to solve the problem.
Third line support
Service engineers on site.
